The staff of labor cases in the law firm of Fahd Al-Khofair International Group works in all cases related to work contracts, wages, rights, work injuries and compensation for them and cases related to the employer inflicting disciplinary penalties on the worker or related to requesting an exemption therefrom, cases filed to inflict the penalties stipulated in the labor system, as well as the cases resulting from dismissal, complaints of employers and workers whose objections were not accepted against any decision issued by any specialized body in the General Organization for Social Insurance, related to the obligation of registration, contributions or compensation, cases related to workers subject to the provisions of the labor system, including government workers, and cases arising from the application of the labor system and the social insurance system.
